What the bloody heck this class is about?

I, as an unwillingly willing student, am in an English course entitled 'Response to Modernization: Literature'. This class is about technology in our lives and how we feel about it. Yeah...that's about it. Nothing too spectacular there. Then again, I could be completely missing the mark.
